  1. So nearly a month ago I contacted support asking about my main account Master{Rice}™[Я«].
    As you'd expect i've been exchanging emails back and forth, but they are not understanding the issue im having. I've told them over and over that I cannot access my account, this is getting to be a joke now. I'm sick of being told to request for a password reset when the email doesn't reach me.
    Been talking to them for a while now anyway and the issue hasn't progressed whatsoever, I know you guys have other things to do but all I asked for was a password reset or a look into the reason i'm having problems, and all the support im getting is "request for a password reset".
    I gave them two emails as those are the only emails I have, and confirmed that the account is apparently attached to "one of those two you provided", what?
    If i'm not receiving emails, which i've had to repeat a ridiculous amount of times to the staff, there is nothing I can do. I went to support like you guys said and it's gotten nowhere.

  2. The support team is pretty much useless, they only copy and paste responses, they skim over what you say and don't really try.

    Master{Rice²}™[Я«2], Unfortunately account issues can only be handled by Support. If you are requesting the password reset, and it is not sending the email to either email address, it may be going to the spam box. You can ask Support for the email address the reset message comes from and whitelist the address to ensure it is getting delivered.

    Closing as player has contacted Support.
