[UI] 3D Client - Optional Graphics Packs

Hello everyone, gonna keep this one sweet and simple. Basically the 3D client looks awful in terms of appearance - despite its decent fps and effects.

I propose that if you want to make the client more, detailed then there should be optional graphics packs that you may use to refine the client, meaning you won't have NPC's looking like a 10 second creation, you can see detail unlike this new client. This is primarily the reason to which I prefer the 2D client. It looks an awful lot better.

When you zoom on a ship etc. you can see how badly pixelated it is, of course this would be for users that own PC's that can handle such packs. I just feel it would give the 3D client that extra oomph it currently needs.

What do you all think? Would you like optional graphics packs to make your game look better?

Really? When I zoom in, there is no bad pixelation, it's a high quality render of the ship and it looks amazing

Of course, until DO becomes downloadable, I sparingly use 3D so it doesn't kill my flash

 

I really don't like the 3D, you have to zoom in to see any detail, even so its still poor and I have everything on max.
