This is the 3rd time i see this and i cannot shoot them

Basically, when new players enter the game, they cannot be shot at by other players until they hit level 7 or finish all their starter quests.

If they shoot you first, you can shoot them.

 

this guy was not a noob he have red drones flying a Defcon he was not a noob

 

8 or 10 drones?

 

Got an image for us? The red drones could be the coloured drones from the event, and he bought it with real money. A noob is classified as a new player, that can't handle his character very well. You can be a UFE and still be classified as a noob. He can have full gear, and still be a noob. Having skill is what doesn't make you a noob.

That's irrelevant, because he can spend money to get all 10 drones.

 

I can't even guess at how much money it would take to insta-buy everything in this game now....Even then, it would still take a full week of "clicking" on the back page for gates, upgrades, skylab etc..... Is it over $25,000 yet?? a new car !! lolz good grief.

 

I highly doubt an under lvl 7 player could do the ToT. Unless 'they' opened another account. The exp alone from the gate alone would kick them higher than lvl 7.
