[TI] Auction stole my money?

    I recently bid 5.6 mil on an Iris drone and after the hour ended I wasn't refunded my credits so I figured I had won except there was no new Iris drone in my equipment or overview or at all. I went to the auction history and it said I won and I took a screen shot of it in case support wanted evidence and that I wasn't lying. Any way to fix this if there is in fact a fix?

    YallSomeScrubs, The best option in this case is to put a ticket into Support providing the time and date of the completed auction, and the server where you had the issue. When they reply, you will be able to post your screen shots.

    Closing as player has been referred to Support.
