[GI] System Refund

  1. Can any one help me understand what is going on here?

    I looked at my HOME Page LogBook and I find this entry;

    04.11.2015 - 02:03[​IMG]System refund

    I do not see anything in the forums and do not get any answers in chat as to what DO has done now. I went to my Uridium Balance Log and do not see an entry there to explain anything either.

    Look forward to an explanation.

  3. Okay so I have the same thing, what has DO removed from our inventory now? You would think they would at least give you some notification of the reason for the refund.

  5. Means w.e money you spent it was refunded back to u could be a purchase error i would ask the support team as if you got the item and did not pay for it Do will close your acc.
     
  6. Well I do not have a refund on my method of payment so don't know what is going on.
     
  7. Okay so the issue was the Auctions on Sunday night (Daylight savings change) did not post correctly and those persons who had won the items did not have them assigned as they should have been. So this affected all persons on USA servers who had won items from the AUCTION and was not as suspected a PURCHASE FAILURE and cause for closing any accounts.

    As this closed the Daily and Weekly Auctions all persons who bid and won these are ones who would see these notes in their Logbook.

    As this is resolved it could be closed but would have been nice to have been messaged that the issue had been caught and corrected instead of being cryptic and sneaky about this.
     
  8. Its a bug ill let support know it happens from time to time with all the new changes in the game messes with others.
     
  9. This was because of the time change as SUPPORT told us.
