[UI] -Honor system

    Since the new -Hon system has been introduced there has been 1 problem that hasn't been sorted and that is the same company helping a enemy pop you when you're not at war with them or in a clan.

    Now some people leave clan because they prefer being solo (like myself) but I can't help b ut notice those who leave a clan because they are constantly getting bullied on by another for whatever reason, so what does the bully clan do? (Just going to say 'Bully clan') They get a enemy player to come and shoot them first so they can shoot the player without losing honor.

    There needs to be some way of making sure this doesn't happen either, say like making it so that if you shoot someone from your own company and a enemy pops them within say like a minute, you lose the same amount of honor as if you popped them. Also it keeps on doubling like a normal company kill.

    My reason for proposing this is because I myself am clanless, and it only dawned (I think this is the right word) on me today that some people do get bullied on the game for whatever reason and can't fight back let alone play at all. Today it's near enough impossible for newbies who are getting victimized for no reason other than that the clan is just bored, so this is why I have posted this up. Any opinions would be nice, thanks.

  3. just change is so u have to be in a clan to shot your own company
     
  4. should be same as an NPC if your shooting an npc and your own company shoots you they lose honor.

    if fighting an enemy from another company and a guy from your company shoots you and continues to shoot you (needs a reasonable cool down couple seconds or something so if you misfire you can still not lose honor) it should work just like an npc

    the only time you should not lose honor is when your defending yourself if a player from YOUR company fires on you, you can fire back without worrying about loosing honor witch is the case now with many flaws leaves too many holes to exploit.

    might be easier to change the system to where only trigger is when defending yourself if a buddy wants to help kill someone from your own company the only one that should not lose honor in this is the one defending you and your buddy attacked a member of your own company that has a penalty it should be inforced for all that did the act. this is where we would need a misclick cool down if i try to lock an enemy and lock a company member by mistake say a couple secs after you stop shooting and as long as the other player is not trying to defend themselves your honor loss will reset

    a push for company loyalty is always a win situation you'll always have the people that don't care and just like to terrorize but this should make it fare rather then using loopholes to run around enemy maps with 3 pet golis that shoot whatever you shoot

    at least that's my 2 cents worth but it is really demoralizing for a newer player to get attacked by an enemy and his own allies help the enemy
     
  5. LOL, I saw this exact thing in the test server yesterday but of course that is the test server. Some clans are multi-company for this reason. The same-company clan member will just call a enemy-company clan member to shoot first and then they join in. It really gets old, I don't care how long you have been playing. I get that this is a PVP game, but same company killing just shows childishness and now we are finding entire clans that jump from enemy company to your company just so they can send you war and get in close before anyone says a word about them being there.
     

  6. So if I mislock you and you pop I should lose honor? Mislocks honestly happen a lot. Rewards or punishments should only go to people who actually get the kill. No to this idea.

    Stringshot has a good idea, I think they should get rid of the "Shoot your own company" thing for people not in a clan, same for people in a clan shooting clanless ones. I understood the reason not to maybe 2 years ago but I've noticed a big increase in Cyber bullying on chat AND in-game, so people leave clans to avoid this and yet they still get picked on. This idea should be put in place to prevent what I call 'Harrassement'.

    Or just make shooting same company pilots impossible.

  10. Most people stay clanless because THEY want to be a headache for other same company members.

    YOU might be exception but 9/10 clanless same company players just want to be a headache. They steal rewards all the time.. lets say ur halfway done with cubi - spent a lot your valuable x3 ammo. THEN comes an clanless player shooting only x1 stealing half of your rewards leaving you to not get any profit from your cubi. thats why clanless people gets shot this way by clans!

    Thats the cold hard truth, most of clanless guys just want to bully others of same company and thats why the - honor system should not be edited

    Or make the system recognize this type of action and include this as an honor loss infraction if it is a leach that is not outfitted or a clanmate.

    Well then they need to make some changes.

    Cubes: I allow people to shoot my Cubes, as they are shared NPC. I think they should change this as Cubes are quite easily done nowadays and if someone wants to share then there's always outfit.

    Spaceball: Only those who shoot the Ball can get the Cargo. This will make Spaceball more competitive, where people will go for the ball rather than leach as that would be made pretty much impossible.
