This is what i sent to the support desk so i dont have to type it again.

I spend over 2 years on this game
Ive spend money on at least 300,000 uridium
i didnt play for about 2 years
and now...
Why has my account reset?

If you cant un-reset my account can i have at least 500k uridium it wont
make up for what ive lost but its a start...

JUST TO KNOW - The 300k uridium - none was spent on ammunitions so i never wasted it i had it in equipment


What i remember of my ship details:

Goliath
7 Iris Drones
Full Lf - 3s AND 2 Lf - 4s
Full Lf - 3s on Drones
A stupid amount of the best speed generators
like 10 - 15 best sheild generators


Please resolve this with something..

Be thankful that you have the account after 2 years away. I was absent for 6 months (because of work schedule) and lost my account completely. I did not spend any money on it but had maxed out the SKYLAB and had FE'd my goliath and 8 Irises (back when bidding did not give back credits when outbid) with LF-3's, 7900 Speed Gens, and BO2 Shields and working on BIO for FATS and BUBBLE. And this was not easy as we did not have the Booty Chests or Special Events every month (only Holidays or Special BigPoint days), but did seem to get more URI from Bonus Boxes than now. Even with account name, ID, and original email address (had to change as YAHOO had it flagged as a SPAMMER account even though I had not used it in 3 months) I could not get the account back.

If you have anything from the account you got more than I got. Suck it up and start over or do as most people are doing and leave the game. If you pay attention to the rankings there are about 25% of the top players who do not even play anymore, they log in look at the forums and log out without even going into the maps. Even some of the MAJOR clans have no leader as they have gone inactive and lost their position in the hierarchy of the clan.

 

If logging into wrong server it starts a NEW account not a RESET account. After 2 years absent I am surprised he was even able to log in to the system as the user used to be removed after 6 months of inactivity, D O may have changed this policy from when I lost my other accounts because of work schedule and inability of logging in. Never was a cheater/botter but also never spent a dime on the game. But had different accounts so I could fly different ships (did not have EXTRA HANGARS back then) to try to find better enjoyment in game (did not have quests giving major EP like now but got good Uridium), it was easier to make a new ship FE than to be able to level up to next level to open more quests.
