[GI] Double not working?

  1. Soo i bought doubler and rebate and rebate i notice to work right away but my doubler i cant tell if it is i did cancel 1 right after i bought it because i herd it will continue to work idk if that messed it up but after that i bought another week of it

    Your doubler is working just fine. You just canceled the automatic purchase of a new doubler when this one expires on the 6th of December.
     
  3. idk its been a while since i bought doubler does it not show twice on logs ?
     
  4. NO D O has chosen to just double the collection and post it just once to the log. So you have to know what NORMAL is before you buy the doubler and then you might know if it is working.

    As stated you canceled the auto purchase so when it expires you will need to buy it again, if you want it.

    ive said in many posts before its very rare that moderators deal with anything in payment issues or things payed for that arnt working they often refer you to support

    Hello,

    If your doubler is active it should show under your boosters as Silviu showed (thank you). It is possible that ammunition might not double as it should, but the rest should be working correctly to the best of my knowledge. So if you are concerned that your doubler isn't working at all, my best advice would be as ~turnip~ advised which would be to contact support

    Does the OP have anything further at this time?
