[GI] PET gear Auto-looter

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade Auto-looter 1 to 2, but it ended with 2 x auto-looter 1.

Please assist.

 

u carnt upgrade pet auto looter get it to lvl 8 then u can buy lvl 3 auto looter

To purchase level 3 looter.. please note on the right you see 1,2 and 3.
Select 3 and then purchase

Support is very good on this type of "mistake". Write them and ask for it returned and your account credited back for the level 1 purchase. I once purchased 1000 EMP rather than the 100 I actually wanted. They fixed it up rite away.

As you bought it by mistake you may be able to get support to refund the item so you can buy the actual one you wanted but I can only say good luck on that. You need to know what you are doing in this game before you do it as there is very little caring for mistakes made in the game. Read FAQ's as they give a lot of information and will save some of these issues in the future. Full Throttle has link in his signature for best page to bookmark.

I personally did not buy the next level item till I reached PET level 10 and then bought level 3 Gears and Protocols selling the level 1's. You would have thought that they would have allowed the UPGRADE of owned items instead of having to buy NEW but that was not in the design of the PET.
