[UI] Ship Upgrade

Alright, so most people have seen the Assembly feature coming soon to the game (if you haven't, go to Speaker's Corner -> UNOFFICIAL: DarkOrbit Revealed -> Page 103 -> #2058

Anyways, we have new resources joining the game and the ability to build certain items. These items will run out, so let's add the ability to upgrade your ship to increase your defenses.

Materials Being Added and how to obtain them:

Boltrum	Devolarium (Regular, Boss, and Uber)	Shop: Yes
Mucosum	Lordakia and Lordakium (Regular, Boss, and Uber)	Shop: No

Here's my idea.

The Goliath was the best cruiser ever possibly available, until the tri class came out (Aegis, Spearhead, Citadel), then Pusat, and now Surgeon.

Let's bring back the classic to its former glory by actually turning it into a battlecruiser.

The Surgeon design will deactivate any upgrades made, considering the boost of damage and the extra generator slot. Sorry, wallet warriors.

These upgrades will bring the Goliath back as the best ship to have and will make it more of a flagship more than just a ship in your hangar hall.

I've never really been a fan of the goli, my question is why not make these upgrades available for all ships?
Considering the notion that some would rather have a ship they like upgraded to goli standards as opposed to just beefing up the goli.

 

Eventually, yes, spreading to the other ships. But as DO has recently held favor of the Vengeance, we should at least keep the goli up to par.

I only used the goli as an example baseplate as most people are familiar with the goli.

Possibly upgrading the tri-class ship abilities? (Aegis, Spearhead, Citadel)

Or maybe upgrading some of the more popular credit ships (Piranha, Liberator, Bigboy)

*The Nostromo was left out because of the designs available for it for adding friends.
