[GI] Kuiper Gate Problems

    I finished the Kuiper Gate Tuesday afternoon but could not exit from it. I emailed customer service and explained what happened. They got me out Wednesday morning. The game error cost me all of my boosters plus I did not get the 200k Uri I was supposed to get ( I have all the ship designs ). I've emailed customer service twice more but they ignore me.
    I feel that I have been cheated and that the people who run this game don't give a damn about the players.

    The booster situation is a pretty bad one, I would advise emailing support to see what they could do about it but ...

    As for the 200k uri, its not guaranteed. Even if you have all the designs it is still just a chance to get it, so if you didn't then you were simply not lucky. I would advise against doing any more Kuiper unless there are changes to it later since the odds are stacked against you and you are better off putting uridium / spins into other gates.

    I can guarantee I'll do no more Kuipers. As you said, the returns are just not worth it. I've tried emailing CS several times over the past year for different problems but they never respond. That's why I said before that they don't give a damn. I need 4 more gates to go for Kronos, and if I stay in the game, that's where I'll commit my resources. I wanted to invite some friends to join me in the game but in view of customer service, no. Thanks for responding.
     
  4. when you sent a ticket to support it automatically sends a auto reply to your email then usually within 24 hours they will reply to the same email check your spam folder for Bigpoint Customer Service

    Thanks for your input. Believe me, I've checked my spam folder and there was nothing. They had to have received my ticket since they got me out from the gate. Apparently there is a break down somewhere but I'm not going to stress about it. I'm just a little pissed about losing all my boosters. Life goes on. Thanks again.

  7. best to check the email bound to your account also. if you haven't received an email in response to your support ticket then your email likely has a typo somewhere in it

There has been a feedback post for both the Beta and the LIVE Kuiper gate and it has been the conclusion of ALL posters the rewards are too little for the amount of effort that is used to accomplish completing the gate. IF you have not received the FORM RESPONSE giving you the ticket number assigned to the report then you need to verify the email address on file (this is in the settings tab of the back/main page), IF it is incorrect then you either need to still have access to the posted email address or you have a fight on your hands to get it changed as there is an email sent to the posted email address followed by a confirmation to the new address. AS this is a security item they do not make any exceptions to the process (I lost 7 accounts as my email was pirated and closed by YAHOO) and D O told me that was my tough luck.
    Go to the FAQ's and find "WhiteList your Email Address" and follow these instructions (assuming you can make heads and tails of what is there) This is the response I got from SUPPORT when I had problems getting emails from them. They finally blamed it on the AFFILIATES we signed up to participate in D O but when we contacted the AFFILIATE they say they don't have anything to do with our emails (which makes sense since I do not have an email address from them) but D O stands behind this excuse.
    This is very good advice as if there is a problem with the address and someone knows what it is and creates a new address with this name they can steal your account, I have seen people who had FE accounts come back as a noob because they made a mistake of giving a person their email address.
    I have had to wait 7 days to get a response, usually sending in a complaint that I have not heard anything from them before they finally respond.
    The lucky few who were able to spam these gates the first day were the only ones to get the 200K on every completion now the chance seems to be a 10% setting but could be 25% as one person posted they got the reward after 4 times through it and others have not received it after up to 9 times through it.

    Sorry for the bad luck, but then that is what D O is giving to most of their LOYAL players now, the cheaters/botters and macro users are the ones getting the advantages lately.

    Thanks for your input. I've changed my game related email and I will also be sure that when I send in a ticket that the correct email is on the ticket. I believe that since I access the game through Facebook that the game related email my have been the problem. Thanks again.
