[TI] Doubler not working

Recently subscribed to the bonus box doubler and my bonus box cargo is not doubling.

 

Does it say you are currently subscribed and did you get charged with a receipt via email? If both of those are true and it's still not working contact support. If you didn't get a receipt or get charged it didn't go through

Did you mean Cargo box(NPC drops) or Bonus box(box) ?

Lol, it's my money that I worked hard for, I think I'll do what I want with it.

 

If you have done the following, we recommend that you log out and clear the browser history and flash storage data.
re-log in and see if the bonus boxes are doubling.

If that does not resolve the issue, please Check to verify in the subscription area, if the box doubler subscription is there, if not you need to contact support and provide a copy of the transaction email that was sent to the accounts registered email address.

do you see the 100% doubler in game map under the booster tab?

 

I think he bought doubler because he thought it will increase cargo box drop, not bonus boxes.
In his complaining sentence also is "bonus box cargo is not doubling."

Maybe thats the problem.
