[SC] Ice Rockets

300 uri for one rocket ? why ? bot users are gonna get thousands of them free from the boxes again giving them an advantage , while we have to pay 300k uri for 1 k ? ( 210k uri with premium and rebate ) they were cheaper last year , what the hell happen ?

yeah ...and they are in pvp too , which is ever worst

 

Maybe pick up a few boxes then and be happy they are giving something away for free.

 

that's not the point of this ,the point is that too many bot users get too much stuff for free by exploiting the system ,and bp doesn't do much about it ,

Yea only boxers and botters won from this.... They got over 10k which are enough for 1 year whereas others had to buy and now dont have chance to get them .....

 

Well do you just want D.O to not give us anything just because there might be some botters... There are always going to be botters but they wont be around long enough to use up all the ice rockets they gain so really who cares if they have 20 or 2000... I'd rather have free stuff than care about what other people are doing.

 

you're missing the point ,I want them to develop a better way or a better system of catching abusers , not to stop giving us stuff ,but to make it fair

 

they just posted this week they banned 800 users with over 6000 accounts for bot use DO always working on it and what better way to catch them then have ice rockets in boxes yeah they will collect alot but when or if do catches them all gone including everything else.

 

dude out of all servers that's not enough ,and they also said that not all were for collecting boxes , my server is full of them in pvp

 

BP realised they are very very useful in pvp, exactly the same happened with ACM mines on trade if you recall as they are essential for insta shield and smartbombs, they used to be 100 Acm mines per hour on trade now only 10.

The reason for both of the above is BP maximising profits (and bots regards the icy rockets) which I really do find totally abhorrent for the following reasons:

Server numbers are low, more effort should be directed towards customer retention instead, especially newer players and lower ranks.
Keeping icy rockets in boxes would have incentivised buying a box doubler, more incentives are needed to purchase premium too.
As is gates and ammunition like RSB and X4 cost enough as it is, not to mention the cost to build gates.
Reducing bonus box rewards alienates honest players when they see how profitable bots and cheats are, and these botters do like to brag about what they have gained for free.

The majority of people likely prefer to spend a little more frequently like box doubler and prem as opposed to £/$ hundreds per month, people like me just need a reason too or we carry on as free players and look towards other games that don't cost hundreds to compete in.

Once again for comparison many of the latest game titles simply require a £80 - $100 purchase for a complete retail game to download or off the shelf with a lifetime DLC or premium features and 'UNLIMITED AMMO', DO Bigpoint really think we players are inclined to spend half this amount on a years supply of what is now essential PVP ammo because if that is the case you are simply pushing players towards new games that don't operate a pay to win policy and cost a fraction of what Dark Orbit does per year for a similar if not better service in some cases.

For now this is one player who is simply playing for free until I can persuade friends to find another game which is better value and actually respects its customers as I already have accounts on several other games I feel its simply a matter of time before I quit permanently due to BP's penny pinching greed at every opportunity and their seeming inability to remove the most proliferate cheaters who have all but utterly destroyed the server I play on.

 

that's just one problem ,the other one being botters , since they didn't solve the botters problems ,guess who gets the most out of this event ,that's right ,the botters
