    Response from question to SUPPORT is the Mega Happy Hour Newsletters are sent to "SELECTED" players (I am assuming because my friend was buying at MHH and stopped is why he started getting them). Can't explain why the others were not sent to all as these are EVENT NEWSLETTERS and should be sent to ALL players asking for NEWSLETTERS.

    Well as usual Support answers one portion of the communication and does not address the rest of the issue. I am still trying to get them to assist with the email address change and they are focusing on the reason for the need to change not the change itself. Do you have someone that you can pass this off to so they can assist SUPPORT to fix my issue? After 3 days trying to change my address and not getting the verification email because of Microsoft is really ticking me off.

    Sorry to Microsoft my email address had been added to D O's blacklist for some unknown reason which is still unclear to me.

    Email changes can only be handled through support, you will need to pursue that strictly with them

    Mods please do not modify this might be a solution to problems players are having with the NEWSLETTERS!

    Those people having troubles with receiving the NEWSLETTERS, follow these steps as you may have been placed on the BLACKLIST for whatever reason;

    Go to the main page and select the settings tab.
    Select email tab.
    IF address here is your correct address click "NEXT"
    this sends an email to your address (you are not changing it just sending a message to yourself)
    IF you receive the email then I can not help you with the newsletters and need to ask SUPPORT why you are not getting them.
    Follow the links in the 2 emails you receive and you are back where you started.
    IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE the first email
    you will not be able to proceed with the test and will be informed you are not authorized to do this IGNORE this
    you have not done anything to the account.


    Send a message to SUPPORT to have your address checked against the BLACKLIST

    I do not know why I was added and they will not be able to tell you just know you are on it.

    This will take a few days to get the confirmation that the address has been removed but then you can do the previous test and find that you get the emails and thus MIGHT get the NEWSLETTERS again.

    Update from support;

    Generally email addresses are blacklisted due to too many failed login attempts or the provider kicks back automated emails we send. There can be many reasons unfortunately.

    So again, does not help to understand why I was added to the blacklist as I never had login issues and only contact with D O was the NEWSLETTERS and till 21st of September 2015 I had received all of them.

    As you have been advised in several posts by the Team Leader, SolidEye - the information has been forwarded to support for further investigation.

    Bring up past issues about the newsletter is currently doing nothing but upset more members of the community.
    There is a bonus during the holiday event every single day which is free to anyone who logs in - the advent calendar.
