[GI] Support tickets not getting delivered again?

    Hello,

    Yesterday I have sent a ticket to support about some concerns I had about a player on my server. After sending the ticket and after 12 hours passed, I didn't received any reply from support, nor received confirmation mail that my ticket is delivered to support.

    Can any mod check if BigPoint has the same problem with the delivering support tickets again?

    Hello ReFleX,

    There was an issue to some degree which resulted in the autoreplies not going out when contacting support. I've been advised this has been fixed, and support are working on getting back to the tickets from the affected time.

    Thank you for the feedback. That means that my ticket is delivered, or I will need to re-send again? :)

    You're welcome:) To the best of my knowledge the tickets were received, they just got a little lost. The support team has gone through to find & recover theirs (different languages and BP games for example) so they can start getting back to everyone.

    Hopefully you will not need to send a new one, but I would have to guess if you have not heard back in the next day or so then yours may need to be resent.

    Sure @Solid_Eye , will wait a day more and see how it goes. If they don't reply back, I will re-send the ticket.
