  1. I must have over 50 cloak chips with 3 or 4 cloaks left on them. It would be cool to be able to drag multiple cloak chips to the same slot and combine them, with a max of 50 of course.

  2. Place one on each config so you have a total of 8 to use in one trip then you can log out when you have none left and do it again.

    Although, it would be nice if they could combine them or auto load them as you deplete them as long as you have them in standby in your equipment. Kinda like the boosters, when one runs out the next one starts automatically. This would only work if you already had the chips in inventory.
     
  3. I already put a different chip on each fig. but I hate having to log and go to hangar to equip another chip mid hunt.

  5. I have cloak xl and x10 cloak chips, would be nice to be able to merge these, the current system is just not flexible enough. A new chip could be bought where any amount of cloaks you have can go onto it, i think.

    +1 from me for OP idea.
     
  6. Again making these chips where they stack like boosters is all that is needed not adding another chip to buy. Having 3 cloaking chips is enough (1, 10, 50) just the usage of the last few on a chip has to be dealt with as fighting from the cloak has become the norm instead of the rarity and people prefer to attack from the shadows instead of a face to face attack like they used to. The addition of the XL chip made it more convenient to go on a hunting spree and burn up cloaks while killing off enemy players instead of being selective in using the cloaks as a defensive measure instead of offensive.
     
  7. i know how that can be annoying, and i strongly agree with you about being able to combine them, would be very handy

  8. The new chip would mean not putting cloaks directly on your ship and topping 1 chip up with any cloaks you have in inventory - why would i suggest an additional 3rd chip given the topic of conversation? Lel.
     
  9. I am against having to BUY anything else to get these to be used. Again, we buy boosters and do not have to equip the refills so WHY should we have to equip the replacement cloaks (if we already have them in stock when they get used up) if you are one that has to run out before you buy them then yes you have to equip them, otherwise they automatically reload when the last cloak is detected (destroyed). The chips would be used in order of lowest to largest so in the case of the OP all of his partials would be used then the 10x and finally start loading the 50x.

    Nothing else to be bought, nothing else to be designed, just make a change in the programming that once one has been equipped it is restocked as long as in inventory.

    agreed make it like boosting your ship with sep. fill the equipping slot with a cloak chip then just combine them so you dont have to log or go to base to re equip. everything else that is disposable can be combined like ammo mines ore booty keye log discs xeo.etc... great idea
     
  11. Use the last cloak and then log off and add a fresh cloak CPU. It is 10 to 50 cloaks for a reason...reprieve from jumpers out of space :eek: You spent the time to get the old cpu out before it was used up o_O Now you have 11 to 51 cloaks available - enjoy.
