[TI] Doubled pet repair Cost

Sometimes during an instant lag for a brief moment,coincidentally when my pet is destroyed i try to repair my pet,and sometimes it doesnt work,so i click the rep button twice,but not a third time because i figured i was lagging,and stated in the log was -350 -350.I had lost 700 uri,its fine if it has happened 1nce or twice...but this has happened more than 5 times.Worst thing is,i dont get the extra 350 uri lost back. >_<.Is this uri gone for ever or what.

 

As much as I hate to say it, yes that does happen (has happened to me twice as well) and the lost uri is in fact lost for good so neither of us will have it restored. All I can say is to be more careful not to click on the rep pet button rapidly as this issue only occurs then, to my knowledge

 

yep was doing it to me yesterday when i was doing cc for quest

 

What I can say you can do it contact support and send them a copy of your transaction logs. explain the issue and see if they can replace the over charge.

Im far too lazy to look back in the logs now,happened once yesterday,and the others was 1-3 months ago.Hate scrolling for too long,just inform the darkorbit team as soon as possible so they can fix the issue.I dont mind losing the uri,its just a small amount,but just make sure they fix it so it happens less often,better yet,never happens again.

 

I wll be happy to pass on the information and have someone investigate the matter further.

I have had this issue previously (when they first came out) and sending in a copy of both the main page logbook and the balance sheet they replaced the lost Uridium plus an inconvenience bonus. Since you have already looked it up all you have to do is save it to your computer and send it in at your convenience, but as long as you are experiencing lag just be patient when clicking items that are purchasing stuff.

 

You could do that but they wont do anything just say clear your cache cx
