[GI] didn't receive honour from galaxy gates

hey i completed alpha and beta but didn't get any honor? is there any reason for this and can i please be credited the honor that i should have gotten?

 

Were you using X formation?

If you end a gate whilst using X formation you will receive no honour from the gate.

 

i think i was using the x formation but it didn't say anywhere about you not getting honor from galaxy gates as gates give you a set amount it's not like killing npcs you should get the rewards from the gg anyway? is there a way i can get the honour i worked for as i don't think that's fair as it doesn't warn you about that?

 

If you send a ticket in chances are they would give you the honor form the gates.

 

X formation in GG's is the same as on a normal map, laser damage is increased as also XP and hitpoints the down side being no honor reward; to get honor for finishing a GG when your down to your last NPC change your drone formation to the standard default before locking on to the NPC and killing it you will then get the honor for the end reward.

This formation has a special look in the 3D client.

Augment your drone control unit with the X Formation.

-100% honor rewarded

Your lasers cause no damage to enemy players

+5% Laser Damage against aliens

+5% XP from aliens

+8% HP

and the xp reward is only for npcs it dose not work on quest or end gate rewards and you wont get your honor back

VizzuaLLyO, As stated above, the negative bonus of the X formation is a complete reduction of honor from any source. This is by design.
