  1. Lets say a player got banned for pushing, another for account sharing and then another for botting.I know botting gets you banned and acc is gone but if you were caught on old ban system you are no longer eligible for rewards such as hitac winnings and other great rewarding events including JPA.Does the same rule apply to those banned for account sharing and pushing?

  2. I believe account sharing and Botting are loss of account permanently. Pushing is a temporary ban/suspension (I believe) and really only effects rewards from PvP battles but as I can not find anything to reference can not say for positive.

No they won't. Only limiting ban is the old 1st stage bot ban.

But what I've heard that if you have shared account in last 6 months, you wouldn't be eligible for JPA. Just a rumor but still, who knows.

As the JPA as been put on ice till it as been fixed you can expect new rules to be made if and when it comes, for botting its a perma ban so you loose everything. Pushing is a grey zone, rank points and honor are taken away but other event and mission related rewards can vary and not all are given penalty's.

  5. Well JPA is not even active or being worked on being fixed at this time (watch TWITCH TV stream). The Botters and Shared accounts are the ones being "Removed From Game" reported regularly and are not getting the accounts back after the confirmation process of improper activity.

Thank you for this information as I have not been able to find anything, but knew there was some penalties for having been accused of this activity. I think there should be a limiter (placed in game) that would prevent a player from attacking the same person after they destroyed them, for a certain period of time per day. Yes this would cause great problems with the players having fun 1v1'ing as if they did it to death they could not continue to do it until the timer ran out, but it would prevent the destruction of the newbs to a point where they quit the game before they get to learn of the other fun they could be having.

Sadly many botters are able to escape from the system + many ex-botter never got caught back in the years.

Also account sharing is very hard to prove (this needs to be proved by the accuser), and many cases wont have any penalty.

And one major issue is continuing ToS offenders who have friends in support opening their accounts all the time, I would have a very good example from this kind of people but sadly its not allowed to tell.

Pushing penalties are 1st ban: -30% exp & hon + 14d ban on all servers | 2nd ban: -30% exp & hon + 30d ban on all servers | 3rd ban: permanent account termination

Sadly that system is manipulated by many people against who they hate, they just create smaller accounts -> go pop down 10-20 times and report it to support.
