[GI] Cannot connect to game

Hi all,

does anyone else have this problem?
I log in and everything seems OK, but when I press start, the game loads and and after its loaded I press the start and got an connection lost you are no longer connected to the game server...

yes im getting exactly the same thing since yesterday. im on gb1. ive been trying to load into the space map all day and still cant connect to the space map

If I see it correctly Great Britain and yes I still have the problem. My ID is 165944120

Im on east one cant get on game client but can get on back page....

 

im still having the same problem. not been able to get in to the space maps since wednesday. I have tried alsorts to solve the problem but still the same. have you tried going on a different server. i found that i can log into a different server and the space map loads successfully. however its a noob ship so thats no good. but at least its a way of testing..
a member of support asked me to do a test route, to see the results and send them to support , which i did but ive not heard from them since. i noticed that there was something called unknown.prolexic.com amongst the string of wording. it appeared 4 times. im wondering if thats something to do with ddos.. im thinking of renewing my ip address to see if it solves the problem.

 

The problem has been going on since Wednesday. But DO is working quickly to solve the problem...pfft With no announcements of any kind from DO. Just dead silence. The uri page works though so you can still send them money.

You would think with all the customers DO is losing that they would start communicating with those still remaining. After 8 years nothing has changed

Think its time to find a new game to play.

I been trying to get on DO all day on US3 server, Still no luck Please Bigpoint announce something, tell us whats going on?
We love this game! We want to continue Playing the best MMO ever!

 

Any chance that the problem will be solved?
I see that you released a new P.E.T. designs, but I don´t see a real reason to buy anything if I cannot get into the game and play it.

EVERYTIME...EVERYTIME...Everytime there is an event the game goes down...EVERYTIME...DO get it right. Stop playing the victim role. This is one of the reasons why you lose customers.

i went into a pc shop today and was able to log in to the space map from their pc.. lol
i come back home and cant get on.
i think there may be issues from my end. however i find it strange that i can enter any other server ( for example i can enter gb2 space map ) but it wont let me in gb1.

Hello,

If you are able to load the game but have only been unable to for short periods while the DDoSing was active, should be fine. I'm not aware of any issues the last couple of days (that doesn't mean there won't be more, just if you can get in and play, then you can get in and play).

Anyone still unable to load the spacemap for their server, we need traceroute information so we can pass it along and your UserID & server
