[UI] Put PLT-3030s in GG spins

    I don't know if you can already get them, but I've never gotten them from spinning. Considering that you can get any other ammo that can normally be bought in the shop (not the special ammo on sale during weekends), I think 3030s should be included at maybe 14-20 units if you roll them.

    I think this is a good idea. I'm not sure how that system works. It seems as if the amount of ammo given has went down. I think they should also include booty keys.

    Good idea. (not the booty key one) Anyways there should be plt 3030 and ucb 100 in gg spins( like it was time ago) and in bonus boxes also.
