  1. Hello all. First I want to apologize if i will write something wrong in english, it's not my main language. Then I have a question for admins. I have a problem. I had a fight with my brother and he started to mess with my acc (he admit it afer). At home we have 1 PC so he knows my password, and anything I do to change any password he will eventualy find it out. So, he sold all my 10 drones (all lv 16), all ammo, all for pet, all techs (and I had a lot), all lf3 (lucky me lf4 cant be sold anymore and havocs), all drone formations I had, I had a launcher - 2 at lv 16 and some other extra's. I beated him, fights with my parents etc..So, my question is: is there any posibility for a back-up account, that my account to be restored from a day before this disaster to hapend? If no, I'm afraid I wont play this game anymore, even if I like it and a spend a lot o money in...I want to thanx in advande, for any kind of answer. Have a nice day!

You will have to contact support and explain the situation to them, nothing can be done about it in the forums unfortunately. Hopefully they will understand your situation but don't get your hopes up too much, it's pretty uncommon for people to get their accounts restored.

  3. I know that support can do it if it's possible, but I asked here for an opinion from some admins...

Admins probably aren't allowed to comment on stuff like this in the forums, they will just have to redirect you to support as well.

  5. Sounds like your brother needs a little chastisement of the pugilistic sort.

they might help u but if your ip as changed during your brother selling stuff then it will be a no

  7. The odds (from what I have seen) are that you are going to be told your account security is your issue. You still have the account and you can still play it. However, as you have stated, by your brother having access to the account it is considered a "SHARED ACCOUNT" (whether allowed or not) and as such faces suspension or banishment. The issue I would have is that you spent the money and your brother destroyed everything you bought. I think it would be better to take this to the PARENTS and get a little payback from the brother that thinks he can do this to you. Also, computers are not that expensive (for what you lost) to get your own computer and have it password protected for accessing your user files, passwords, and internet history. Thus preventing this from happening in the future.

Having sold everything you should have the credits to get the stuff back from AUCTION, just need to Upgrade everything again and collect the Apis and Zeus prints again. A major inconvenience BUT if the parents support you could be at HIS expense this time.

  8. I just read this sentence from your post "I beated him, fights with my parents etc...." Dude, please, he is your brother and its just a game. Do not hurt anyone from your family for a game, shame on you. You can get your everything one day, but not your parents or your brother.
    and,
Support will not give you back what did you/your brother sold. You dont have any chance about it. Example if you sold your drone with a misclick, its on your own issue.

I hope you will get back your everything soon dude, even your clemency !

    Hello,

The best advice I can give is that you do your best to secure your account. If it is family accessing it and wrecking havoc to your account, I would recommend not saving your password(s), nor leaving them written down.

For any possible further assistance with the account itself you would need to contact support as advised above (thank you). Ultimately the security of your account is your responsibility though, and you would be held responsible for actions taken on your account.

    Regards,
    -Closing as support issue-
