  1. how come the boosters and prem haven't shown up and clicked the link didn't even log me into my account lol
    oh wait instead of 2weeks got 5 days prem ???
     
  2. Due to an intergalactic ion storm plaguing the DarkOrbit universe during the past few weeks, several of you have experienced engine failures and other annoying flaws in DarkOrbit's hitech "Reality Creation Machine".™

    As a relief for the lost time on Boosters, all pilots reporting for duty between Friday, 25th of March (midnight LST) and Monday, 28th of March 2016 (23:59 LST), will automatically receive:
    • 2 Weeks of Premium
    • A Super Booster pack (for 10 hours game time) with
      • DMG-B02 Damage booster (+10% damage)
      • SHD-B02 Shield Booster (+25% shield strength)
      • Hp-B02 Hitpoints Booster (+10% hitpoints)

    yup 2 weeks prem, more like 5 days, where's my extra days of prem? and boosters? got this on 3 servers
     
  4. Hi guys, this has been reported up and is getting looked into. Given the Easter break, thats all the info I have available at the moment.

    I like that this thread has gotten a response while the thread created Yesterday in Event Technical Issues has not been visited at all by the MOD Team.

  9. If the thread was originally in the question section, then yeah, it would matter, as it shows they avoid the technical issue threads.
     
  10. Obviously you are correct, but then when I do post where everyone will see them they get moved because I have posted in the wrong section, so a person can not win for losing with this game.

    To further the problem the Premium given runs out today with no adjustment being applied YET.

    Thank you very much for your input into this issue.

    As mentioned previously this issue has been reported.

    As for the comments relating to the MOD team, I am the Forums Board Admin and will take full responsibility for the lack of responses. I have had real life issue that have kept me from being able to Volunteer my time. The Mod team is currently short staffed of people willing to volunteer.

  12. Lets see "contacting Support" is so much fun, Report an issue and be told it is being investigated, and never get any update to the issue. Tried to check prices on equipment (that has been offered from the day my friends started (2010) and get told it is only available to NEW players for a limited time, or Newsletters are being blocked by a company that has nothing to do with your email account at all, and the all mighty STANDARD response "We Are Working On the Issue, Please Be Patient".

    Why, IF you are supposedly giving something to appease players who have not been able to enjoy the game, would you not verify that the package was booking properly, instead of letting the issue fester and create even more frustration with the community.

    I have just seen on the German forum an OA The missing 9 days premium time from the E-Mail is expected to be booked next week hopefully Monday, unfortunately it is not possible book this week. Our apologies your Dark Orbit team.

    Our standard response... "We Are Working On the Issue, Please Be Patient".
    An Announcement about the Premium issue was made, and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done over the weekend.
    I am truly sorry that we do not have the 24/7 staff that you feel should be at your every complaint.
    However even if we did have that staff available, you would not be happy with the response either way.

    Please be patient as the matter is being processed for Repair.

  16. The issue is this is now in the SECOND weekend of the issue having been reported and there was no response about the issue until Thursday after it was reported Friday (25 March) that there was an issue.

    I am sorry, I would have thought something that was promoted by NEWSLETTER would have been verified before being sent out and especially when it is targeted as a payback for inconveniences of not being allowed access to the game to begin with. The fact that we are waiting until Monday to get what we were supposed to have last weekend is also confusing to me (boosters would have been nice to have for the Event), but then it does not surprise me.

    Just gives further confirmation that the feelings of the community do not matter to D O/B P and if we all quit tomorrow it would not matter to you.

  18. The response was posted before FRIDAY and it would be a very SOUR JOKE if it actually was one. Messing with the graphics was bad enough don't say you are fixing a problem as a JOKE.
     
  19. They made a post today regarding the issue. All should be good now.
