Why do you comment when you have no understanding of probabilities?

This part we do not know for sure of course. It could be that apis/zeus part of compensated with ammo only or then you might get any reward possible.

 

Do you even know what probabilities mean?

- "when people can get 5 LF-4 in 60 keys and others get ZERO in 200 keys there is no percentage to be applied."

Where do you even get stuff like this from?! Let's say there is a 1% chance of getting an LF4 from a booty box. Statistically, you should get 1 lf4 from every 100 boxes you collect. This is not the case in reality though.
Probability does not 'remember', which means your chance of receiving an lf4 will not go up by 1% every time you collect a box.

- "The generator they have that spawns the Chests places "X" amount per 1000 Chests spawned and if you are lucky enough to find those "X"'s then you are fortunate enough to have received it."

Do you have a credible source on this information? Or are you just talking out your... ?
I believe that the rewards are first decided when the box is picked up, rather at the time of creation. I don't know this for a fact though, and I don't pretend to. Please don't act like you know everything about what is going on server-side, unless of course you are actually a BigPoint employee in disquise?

 

Thank you for further making the point I was trying to make. It does not make any difference how many keys are used 100 or 10,000 the numbers will not be the same as it is a probability not a percentage generating these rewards.

It is the only explanation I can come up with that allows one player to find so many in a few keys and others can not find them using so many more keys on the same day during the same time.
