[TI] Credits not showing up

    I log in and get a popup saying `raw materials to ship completed`.
    Then I log in to `start`, go to where my ship is-and there are no materials.
    This has happened three times already. I`m stuck at the same # of credits but I keep
    expending materials.
    Actually the title should be `materials not showing up`.

    Have you sent semp to your ship by any chance, if so you cannot sell it and it will not show as cargo in your cargo. Click on your refining tab and check your update to see if you have any semp there if so this could be the reason that materials do not show in your cargo bay.

    No, I only send the same amout of prometid and duranium-it was working fine for a long time and then suddenly
    like, what?
     
  4. Are you Premium? Do you have auto refine on?

    Do you have the Lab or Weapons CPU on you ship?

    Why are you not transferring Promerium instead of Prometid and Duranium?

    Auto refine will convert the transfer to Promerium. The CPU's will automatically apply the rocks to the appropriate items as needed. If transferring to the ship for credits why would you transfer raw materials instead of the best materials possible? I made a mistake and assigned the CPU's to my ship thinking I had to activate them to make them work and found as soon as the rocks ran out on anything they automatically upgraded the items with the best rocks in my cargo hold (which really upset me because I was saving it to sell for completion of a quest.

    I can check but I did not touch auto refine.
    I need to keep some promerium on hand to power
    the ship-I was thinking that if I tried to tranasfer a bunch
    at a time I would get a `not enough cargo space` message-
    which btw could be the topic of a whole separate thread. One time
    the transfer goes through fine and the next time I transfer the same
    amount-`not enough cargo space`.

    I checked-auto-refine was on. But I never touched it, no idea how that happened.
    Anyway that should take care of my orginal question, thanks.
    Still no idea what`s up with the cargo space issue, if anyone else had problems I`d like to know that got straightened out.
     
  7. When you have rocks on the ship these effect the amount you can send. If you hover over the cargo (in the maps) it will show the amount of cargo on ship over the total space available (e.g. 300/3000 where 300 is the rocks on the ship and 3000 is the cargo space available) when you subtract the cargo on board from the total space is the maximum that can be transferred. This changes unless you sell everything on the ship before you start the transfer.

    Even if sending 1 piece more than the cargo hold can accept will give the error 'not enough cargo space'.
     
  8. Double check you don't have any pally in your cargo hold. Some npc will leave a piece or two and I am not referring to pirates. I find some after doing ubers. Really messes me up when I am trying to just do transfers on the fly.

    Tigertail6, As suggested above, you may have a piece or pally or other resource on board that may be throwing your transfer off. If you get the error again, get to the spacemap and check to see if you have any resources on board.

    Hi sorry about the delay
    I have a small amount of pally-but I had it before the problems started.
    Everything was working fine, and then one day-huh?
    I emptied everything except the pally and still got the popup.
    Per HelpMeHelpYou`s suggestion I`m just using promerium for now.
    I can try again and see how it goes but after tomorrow, please don`t close just yet.

I send the same amount (Full Cargo Hold) to both of my accounts and on US2 (9000 units) if I happen to not notice the 2 units of Duranium I send did not sell when I clicked on it (in a hurry to start transfer) I get the message and have to return to the ship and see why it did not accept it. It is usually I clicked the sell button but it did not register the click.
