[TI] unable to buy lives on beta gate.

while trying to buy a life for beta gate after lag killed me 2 times, when you go the gates page, click on beta gate, click on buy life, (150k uri) click the buy button and NOTHING at all happens, cant close the window, and have to reload the page.

 

Have you cleared Flash Cache, Browser History, and reset your computer and modem? These have caused issues with the servers and may resolve your issue. Otherwise I would suggest going ahead with your gate and if you fail it send a request to Support to have it reset. This is allowed once every 30 days and is at their discretion but if you were to send video (or at least a screen shot of the attempt to buy extra life) there is no reason they should not replace the gate for you unless this is not the first in 30 days that had to be reset.

 

have done all of these, running on quad core intel baytrail with 30 fps, i am a CCNA network engineer, so its NOT the network, the servers lag for no apparent reason, round trip ping times go from 30ms out to 400ms randomly.due to being unable to buy a new life i died in the gste with seven prots left.

 

Like I say send it to SUPPORT and they can reset the gate for you, if you have not had one reset in the last 30 days.

If in fact you did fail the gate support can possible reset the gate if you have not had a reset within the last 30 days.
