  1. I have recently experienced a faulty drone repair. I got killed in 2-6 and died on the configuration that had my drone repair on, it had 32 repairs on, but I repaired my ship at the 2-8 base and realised that my drones had been destroyed. Please resolve this problem. My apis was not destroyed but all of my iris were. I also upgraded my apis to level 7 and another iris to level 7, but the rest of my iris drones were level 6.

  2. You need to send a ticket to support, and put the cpu on both configs, now.

Those who have had the Drone Repair CPU have posted in older threads that they are unreliable and would repair TOO early (when and if they did work) and they removed them as the drone level was dropping to level 3 because of the early repairs. There is no guarantee that they will repair the drones when they are needed, and the responsibility still rests with the player to pay attention to their drone damage. Any drone with damage near 90% needs to be MANUALLY repaired.

    Try losing one when it is level 16 upgraded and also equipped both configs with the repair CPU.
    Support says it is just your bad luck and they can not do anything for you.
     
  4. Let him try.... I have lost drones before that were level 16. Upon checking I had found my cpu's were not on the ship on either config. I have never lost one with one. Support may cut him a break.
     
  5. This is exactly why I never use them. I had a run with this and lost 3 Irises. May not seem such a big deal now, but it was when 1 Iris ran form 500 to 600 million credits in the old times.

    Learn to check your drone status after every few pops; I developed it and repair at every 92~96% C:

    What I can tell you is that when using the Repair CPU - if you do not install them on both configurations, you run the chance of dying on the configuration that the CPU is not installed on. I would recommend that you contact support and have them look at the issue for you. they will be able to tell if your destruction was on the configuration that the CPU was installed on or not.
