[TI] White page + Restart when clicking + Reconnect on map

Since I have found no issue in this regard i want to report this. ( I don't want to open 3 threads for 3 problems )

White page: There is nothing to say. It is annoying because the page goes white.

Restart when clicking: It is annoying because you have to constantly reload the page.

Reconnect on map: This bug is very annoying because it destroys the PvP mostly. If you die, after the gaterepp appers: Reconnect. If you connect again u can jump through the gate. If you repair instead you can't do anything. You can't do comborepp etc.

Pls do anything against this. It just sucks.

 

Are you using the 3D platform? I know they had issues with the portal jumps causing you to lose your position and have to relog to get back to the maps, so I switched back to 2D and have never gone back.

 

I'm using 2D client.

 

Okay, sounds like you may want to run a route trace (if you can, my system can not find the path) here is the post telling you how to create it;

But again I have seen others post they can not create as the path can not be found, though this is the only way they can find where to look for the glitch. Posting your server and user ID would be nice also.

I would ask that you please make a ticket and send in a HAR file on your connection issue so that the DEV team can investigate the matter further.

thanks for your assist. I'd note that this issue happens to many clanmembers from me. I'd note too that it just happened if we repair on the portal or instead.

On the map this issue doesn't happen. It only happens if i repair my ship on the portal or instead. I don't think that is because of my connection.

In the german forums are many people which have the problem too. The reason why i'm asking here is that we get no help because there are no FM's/BA's online.
