[TI] CITADEL bug

    i got CITADEL in auction, now i putting all equip but something happen, i can't put extras in CITADEL like cargo bay expansion, slot CPU 4, repair robot 4 etc.. what should i do?

    unfortunatly you have to delete you configs and redo
    its an on going bug

    if that fails to work then its a case of messaging support which can take 1 to 3 days to fix

    If the first attempt at deleting your configs fails log out of DO clear your browser cache and flash cache shut down your PC/Laptop and turn your router of off wait for 30-45 seconds and restart your router and wait till your router is fully back online then boot up your PC/Laptop and log back into DO and try deleting your configs again this must be done on both configs this works 99% of the time.

    As bd33 says this is an ongoing bug that does not seem to be getting fixed. Steps to try before going to support;
    1. Delete configs on ship that cannot be equipped, try to load Extras if it works you are done
    2. Refresh Hangar and see if you are able to load Extras now
    3. Still not working Clear the Browser History and Flash Cache restart Computer try to load Extras
    4. Final attempt Delete Configs again if this still fails
    5. Submit Ticket to Support outlining what you have done and HOPE they can get back to you Soon
    When it happened to me I went back and forth with Support for a month before it corrected itself, but usually steps 1 and 2 resolve the issue (2 is needed more often when removing equipment in one Hangar to use in another) hate to see how many NEW bugs we get with the in-game Hangar system (coming soon to D O everywhere) what I saw of the Ship Customization TEST there is going to be a lot of confusion involved with the update.
