  1. I've noticed that for the past week while finally using the 3D feature and getting used to it, that I have been losing connection all of the sudden, and I would have to re-log into the game page.

This happens most commonly when I am jumping through a gate or using my jump CPU. Other times it would be just lose connection the first time I launch the game page, then I would have to relaunch it again.

Are there any fixes or suggestions I should take? Should I contact support instead?

To be clear, I am talking about the game itself, not my computer's connection.

  2. quite common for me too , just get used to it , does not happen that much (at least for me)

Log out of DO and clear your browser cache and flash cache, shut down you PC/Lap top and power off your router and wait for 30-45 seconds power up your router and wait for it to be fully online, reboot your PC/Laptop and log into DO. This might help.

  4. I reported it to Support, the response is "it is a common issue and is being worked on, be patient while we work on fixing it" this was the week they released the 3D update and with this still being reported shows how important the issue is to them. I switched back to 2D as I got tired of having to relog after every portal jump.
