[TI] Lost my game account

    As of about 7 hours ago I have lost my account. In the forum I was Algeron. I cannot sign into the game as before. The game is signing me in as a new player. I've informed support. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Sorry to hear that bud. It happens to players. Work with support to see if you can get it back. You will have to provide a mess load of proof that the account is yours. Hopefully it comes back to you.

    What u mean? Aren't u somehow starting on other server or something? Sorry, but I don't really understand what u talking about.. if u haven't been banned

    I do have my user id, game id, etc. I just sent customer service this info plus a copy of correspondance with CS from a week ago. Hopefully that will do it
