Assembly / crafting launch event is down as "Between Monday, 09 May 2016 and Sunday, 22 May 2016, 23:59h LST" according to the breaking news text which was changed today.

As always though this is not set in stone by any means and can easily change.

 

It's as certain to happen as you replying to everything anyone says in any thread ever made

 

we have to wait and see, he's saying that dates can/may change

When all Havocs designs are installed on drones

This what you see
Level:6
Effect: 20%/20%

But when you equip all Hercules designs on drones

you see

Level: 6
Effect: 10%/35%

Why its like that ..when we hv all hercs

Is it over sight by programmers or Just a glitch ?

 

According to a notice that appeared in the latest twitch the new ships will be unveiled 05-05-2016 at 15.00 hrs CET and it is confirmed that the release of the assembly system will take place some time on Monday 09-05-2016.

But they very loud colors of the ships, they are not good for my eyes.

Icons of the new ship's capacity:

 

Nope not a glitch.

Havocs give 10% more laser damage on top of the 10% already there form drones hence the 20%/20% in the (damage/shield) %, while Hercs give 15% more shields on top of the 20% already there from drones hence 10%/35%.

Drones (level 6) without havocs or hercs show 10%/20%.

The percentages do not show upgrades that you have done on drones.

The Tartarus was unveiled today on the DO Facebook page and is classified as a heavy battle cruiser so i imagine the stats will be that of the Citadel, the ship will come to the shop with the SHIPEXPO16 event but there are no dates as yet as to when this will happen.

 

This is what is posted in the FAQ;

But I assume the HP will not be shown anywhere, except the in-game ship HP meter.

A side note and question the FAQ says;

Bonus
+ 10% more damages on Laser Cannons equipped on drones when ALL drones are equipped with Havoc designs.​

so even though the numbers change for the individual drones the effect does not happen till ALL drones are equipped meaning each Havoc design gives 1% increase to laser damage?
