    Hello,

After the Assembly update, I have found two bugs in the game that I have reported here on the forum:
I have described the bugs and waited for 24h for some moderator to get in touch with the developers team. After no response, I have tried to contact support, explained the situation and gave the both links above. I got reply that there is DDoS attack, and my ticket was automatically closed (really, I was ignored although those are bugs in game, and players can't complete missions).

Now, if you check both threads, I have written the following:

"Support ignored my issue (for whatever reason, I have e-mail proof).
I would like to ask a mod to forward this issue to the developers, please? "

As you all can read, I asked for moderators to proceed these issues to the developers team. But, my first thread was closed because:

    "Hello eT3RnitY,

As you have Contacted Support you will need to continue this matter through them.

    Closing as Support matter."

I did contacted support, but I WAS REFUSED (I have proof, e-mail proof that I can share so everyone can see that I am not liar). Don't close my thread, when I ask for help from forum moderators to proceed this issues, because they are GAME BUGS.

If any moderator reads this, please re-open my first thread above, and proceed the links to the developers team.

    Regards,
    eT3RnitY

  2. Hi,

I am sorry you aren't happy with the responses you have had so far. I think they are already aware of the issues but I will forward the particular cases to support.

  3. Unfortunately, the moderators are unable to do more than submit them themselves. That said, you may want to withhold the "I sent the information to support" statement in the future. Also, it normally takes more than 24 hours for things to be done and the mods are not going to want to post a reply if they don't have any information they can back up.

I do feel your pain though. Not to bash, but support is pressed to close tickets fast, even to the point of not doing anything but closing them with no resolution to us. Here in the forums it is really better to give information in the feedback threads. There have been so many threads about the problems, it can be difficult to get a read on what all to check up on for information.

    Hi @.[NightMare]. ,

I was not sure if they are aware, or if someone else already reported. That's why I tried to explain the issues, in case they are not aware. On the other hand, I am stuck in some missions and I can't complete them. It is not only me, but others are stuck too. I tried to e-mail support again, not sure if someone will reply, that's why I am asking if you can forward them.

I am well aware that moderators can't do much, but as I have stated in the initial post, my support ticket was not even read. I never spoke about the DDoS issue, I was just pointing game bugs. :)

I am aware that there are a lot of issues right now, but they need to put those two issues I have found on the list too.

    EDIT:

@.[NightMare]. I have just received a word from the support, that the issues are noted and the team is looking for a fix. You can close the other thread above, or note the proper moderator that is in charge of that section.
