[GI] Test server drone upgrade issue

    hello
    there is an bug in test server
    i did the entire alpha gate but the drones are still level 1
    no matter even if i kill regular alien they still not upgrading
    sorry if i have posted this in wrong section

    You will find when the Test Server is UP it is not running the entire GAME as normal. They OFTEN only have the portion of the game they are interested ACTIVE. This could be why so many of the additions have so many problems when they decide to place them in the servers as they have never been placed in an actual GAME setting and thus WE as the PLAYERS suffer from the problems that are found during the TRUE TEST of the UPGRADE.

    about the Test2 Server open. But again the test was for the Ship Customization not GAME issues.
