LAG- In-Game (May 09, 2016) Feedback

Hello,

Would like to know what is going to be done for the players who have lost module that were level 16 when they tried to build a base. As I have tried to build a CBS with lvl 16 modules... the modules are completely gone, not even showing in the inventory on back page under equipment ....

Anything going to be done about this matter as it happened due to the previous issues for this thread ...

 

Lag issue seems to be fixed this evening.

Drone formation still changes to "Standard" formation upon login,,including a relogin, also all port jumps.

Install CBS module and all modules previously equipped vanishes. I am missing 4 modules.

Lag was ALMOST non existent today, for me, at least. Gets worse when more on screen. (did not use to)
Been popped by many w/w who are NOT having lag issues? Taking advantage of a bad situation is definately not honourable.
Still some chat issues example: group chat cancels out when you jump and the new chat does not scroll properly
Butt it was nice to see some improvement today.............

well ive been trying to play for the last 2 days after not playing for years, backpage takes a while to load or wont load at all, loging in is a pain and after i finally get into space and start playing i lose conection and cant reconnect , hope this gets fixed. yet somehow everything loads quick when i log in through my blackberry phone. weird.

 

All of this is so sad and so dumb.

 

they blame the lagg to a jump cpu ?? so funny and dont forget your router too ...so its our problem now ?

did al of the above , and guess what , still lagg

not to mention we got no chat , we cant build a cbs , our parts went missing ., give me my cbs parts back !!

playing better now but still ocasionally freezing causing stupid deaths..... please fix all issues not just some. almost there but not quite yet.
still freezing when attacked by enemy. prob is everythings fine with no enemy in sight, then it freezes.... upon relog, it tells u enemy has shot you down, not giving you a chance to defend yourself. 3 times now in the last hour i have been killed due to freezing, when thruout most of the day its been fine. i see the time over there is just after 9 am, maybe somethings been worked on causing this as again, its been running fine during my day/your night.
cheers and thanks for making it playable finally, but this freezing when attacked by an invisible enemy has to stop, esp if its the same guy taking advantage of this situation.

 

lagg is one problem , what about having no chat , no cbs parts , ( all gone putting them in cbs )

are we really going to play this event like this ... no cbs is no fun !! No chat is boring too

oww not to mention on which server right ??

They don't blame the lag to a jump cpu. It was issue by the jump cpu, at the first place.

And about your router restart, they have changed the DNS servers of the game. So you have to restart everything, cause you got wrong DNS cached and you won't be able to play the game.

If you don't understand what DNS means and all the things behind that, stop blaming developers for everything. If they said you should restart PC and routers, do it. Because there is a reason for doing that.

I still have the issues I have written here @ASTRAEA :

When killing NPC's or collecting cargo, the notification on top of the screen (rewards) are always shown with delay. In addition to this, randomly loosing connection to the server, where back page shows that the server has timed out. Please forward this issue to the support, because it is unplayable for me and anyone else experiencing this issue.

Well, you acted why do I need those restarts? What do you mean to open your PC? I don't really understand what you want to say. If you didn't restarted your router and PC, you won't be able to play the game. Simple as that.

And the CBS, yes, they are AWARE of the issue and they are working on it. Read official announcements, it is stated there.

Just be patient, and let them do the work.

Did you take it off both configurations? It has helped me with both of my accounts across all of my servers. If only I could stay away from the hunters now...

 

Try closing Chat and changing the settings for it (In-Game settings tab) I have seen that some have benefited from this also. Yes it is a pain not having chat but which is worse LAG or no chat?
