[SC] Joke right? compensation for lags..

  1. Compensation for lags...

    · The Assembly Launch Event is extended by 1 week until the 29th of May (assembly announcement & event faq have been updated accordingly).
    · Players get 25% bonus on all experience and honor for a week from 16th till 22nd of May.
    · Extra Galaxy Gates Bonus Days (double rewards from all GGs) from 13th till 15th of May.
    · We schedule three GHHs with 350% Uri Bonus.
    · All Galaxy Gates that were “failed” between Monday, 1600, and Wednesday, 1600, CEST, will be set to “ready”.
    · We’re running some sales as well.


    What about my premium and rebate? I wasn't able to play for three days because of lag. For rebate it's like just half of my time cut off!!!

  3. They may add more COMPENSATION after the entire situation is resolved. This is, possibly, just the preliminary compensation for the fouled weekend and first few days of the event.

    Does the community think it is enough, NO we don't, but then when was the last time the community was satisfied with the Compensation given by D O? You have the Boosters (that run whether in game or not), Rebate, Premium, Bonus Box Doubler, PET and BIO increases not working, and a myriad of other issues still in the game that need to be compensated for.

    The biggest issue is the accounts that do and do not have these items active or had them and let them run out because of the lack of access. The BLANKET Compensation is directed at ALL players not just those effected by the issues. Also it seems those spending on the game benefit the most of these compensation packages.

    lmao youre really crying for 2-3day loss in your game? if you have one month prem and 3 week rebate your loss is only ~0,50€ per day (0,50*3=1,50)

    you really cry for 1,50€?? thats like nothing seriously

    and what did you expect, bp aint gonna give you all the stars from the sky because few laggy days, welcome to the real world. So strange that no matter what compensations include, there is always people who scream how its not enough - remember that they could always just decline all compensation asks.

    Totally agreed. :) Nothing more to add, except that compensation is good and every single player in this game can benefit from it.

    · Players get 25% bonus on all experience and honor for a week from 16th till 22nd of May.(great for those that want rank and player points)
    · Extra Galaxy Gates Bonus Days (double rewards from all GGs) from 13th till 15th of May.(Awesome if you have gates built, otherwise it is a cost to the player)
    · We schedule three GHHs with 350% Uri Bonus.(Awesome bonus...still a cost to the player)
    · All Galaxy Gates that were “failed” between Monday, 1600, and Wednesday, 1600, CEST, will be set to “ready”.(ok so you usually have no problem completing a gate and the free lag that you received caused you to lose gate and it is going to be replaced sounds like a no-brainer)
    · We’re running some sales as well.(sounds like a cost to the player as well)
    What about those of us that have a boxing doubler that isn't working and the lost of gg spins, uri, ammo and all other drops?
    I feel that although there is some compensation, there could be more a more complete package available if we take a deeper look at what this has cost the players.
     
  8. I am from poor country. 350 euros per month is my salary. I spend about half of my money for rent, rest goes to food, that is more expensive than in other europe countrys btw. So yes i am crying for money. Also i buy rebate for one week, not for 4 weeks. So half of my rebate is wasted.

I agree i'm still waiting for box doubler to start working paid for it 2 days ago still don't have it but i'm sure that will get sorted out but it's a time frame, the player buys this stuff to benefit them when they know they have time to play. When it doesn't work in that time period the player is forced to play know in DO's term and that i think is why we would want more know than what we paid for . Enjoy the game

    That's not any form of compensation. Back in 2009 they gave everyone one months free premium for similar issues. Could easily do the same. Oh, and they used to give GGs back all the time for lag related issues all you had to do was email support - was nice and easy back then.

    And on a completely different note - please allow me to use by banking doubler which I have had for 7 years on this account during a MHH.

  12. I don't know that I like someone speaking for the "community". A lot of businesses don't give any compensation for their customers. I bought the 50% boosters, rebate and doubler packs, and am quite alright with the compensation. They don't need to give us anything.

  13. Of course you are alright. Why people who fight for rank points and they have everything would be crying for double exp and hon from gates?

    i agree with compensation, i mean im ufe etc but not being able to play for 3 days come on, and for this they give you things which wanna make the player spend more on game? i mean only one really thats good is 25% more ep and honor rest nah lol. i agree with this guy : P but i dont spend on prem or rebate or uri anywya :p
     
  15. Off-topic: Do you forget the glorious America, where a customer of a famous fast food resteurant spilled her hot coffee on her body? The result: This company had to pay a very high compensation.

    In opposite of this, the "damage" of D O doesn't hurt anybody. Only the image of
    D O will be damaged, nothing else...
    But...you could buy with 1,50€...some...vegetables...or pudding...a hamburger...cheap chewing gums...or donate it to some poor children in Africa....
     
  16. I think it is WAY TOO EARLY to be talking about compensation for something that is still BROKEN.
    I played yesterday and was impressed with how much improvement there was to the LAG.
    I just played for 35 minutes and the LAG is right back to where it was on the first day of this event.
    It is very difficult to believe that this was all checked out on a test sever and was launched in such a poor state.
    After all the errors were realized, very early on, on the first day, the event should have been CANCELLED until properly repaired.
    This event has done more to further damage this game and the reputation of DO/BP than it has to fix the same.
    ............AND NO it is not my equipment or maintenance routine.................

    30% loss on income thats a drop in uri and gg spins soo in turn 30% less gates for the events
    and thats 30% less earned rank

    we spent uri on the protocalls 600,000 k
    box x2
    pp points
    bosters and all the trinkets that one needs
    my economy is taking a bad hit and and my rank loss hurts more
    and all i see as for comp for the players is spend more money!!!! mhh wow
    fail all over
    i was on test sever and it was a fail there too btw the whole time everyone else is going forward and we r going backward

    Gonna rampage like nuts on the 16th and onto the 22nd...stay outta me way.

  20. What you are referring to was because of a lawsuit, not because a customer was unsatisfied. Get your facts straight.
