[GI] USA WEST SERVER issues

when are we going te get our chat back on usa west , or the cbs parts that still fails ,
not to mention the drone formations , and the pet issues that i still dont get the full reward from boxxes, meaning your stealing from me now, i have to obey your rules,
i have paid for bonusboxdoubler , pet salvage protocols ( not working )

how hard is it to admit your pet problems with the doubler and salvage protocols , just give me a refund on my doubler , or give a new doubler for a week , when you solved your issues on this server

i have no issues with lagg !! no issues with login ,

i want to chat on the server and play with the cbs , this has to be fixxed !!

you can also ignore me , and go on with the next event ,like darkorbit always does

guess this event will run 2 weeks without chat ...

and again dont blame it on a jump cpu or MY ROUTER ...blame it on your own server !!

 

May I ask west-star that you have checked to see if the check-box in settings for chat is set to get chat... I have had it unchecked and when I log-in I have chat until I jump port (possibly was reset to check a possible lag issue by them or you and needs resetting)...
I also have a diminished reward from boxes with doubler and everything, but this is a common comment in forums so we have to wait for the reply from DO

 

any other so called wannebee has anything else to say here ?

i want a reaction from the darkorbit team !! still suffering on usa west server ... ill bet ya we have the same or even more problems after this weekend ..

only on the west server , all other server works fine ...check your logs darkorbit

 

I get that on all the US servers. GB works great though...

I don't get what part of my router holds the problem. Also, what about when I am not using a router, then what is the excuse. While I don't miss the MESS in Global chat, I do live for my group chat. I am glad to see group functions have been fixed though. Two accounts, 6 servers, 6 browsers... I just reinstalled all but one browser and believe you me, everything here is up to date. Don't post that check list in here please.

 

No joke. I have chat but it helps the lag.

I just did the grueling task of attempting a GG with this god awful lag fest and it was almost impossible to target anything, i got MAJOR screen tearing and my ship would jump from location to location like it was some puppet animation movie where the director moved the puppet frame by frame and completely missed movements that would make it fluid... kind of like.. nightmare before Christmas.. but with lag.

Ive done everything BP has said, restart modem, router, clear cache, java, everything. I think it makes it worse.

They really should just fix things and then restart the event. I still cant and wont play.


Although the two LF4 i got from Kappa made me somewhat happier.
But not as happy as i could be if i could just enjoy the game, which i cannot.
And monday will be 7 days of unplayable DO with Premium, rebate, and boosters going to waste. Also couldve done GG all day today. Nope. Wasted that opportunity too. I wouldve been UFE. Thanks BP

ADDED NOTE: I contacted support directly and I will post their response. Hopefully this will shed some light for us West Coast Server players.

 

I am sorry that you feel that way... maybe you should send to Support instead of Forum where 'wannebee' type ppl may try to offer help...

 

I deleted my earlier comment and if you do not want the opinions of the community then DEAL WITH SUPPORT as the Mods are still the community and unless they get direct responses to issues they pass up to the TEAM, will still be the same information we give as a community.

Good luck getting the assistance you are looking for in the forums as they are too busy looking at their FEEDBACK thread to deal with all of these similar threads being generated because you want to be SPECIAL.

 

west-star, I can appreciate your frustration regarding these items. Support has been made aware of these issues, and are working to resolve the ones that have not already been resolved as mentioned >Here<. We can only ask your patience while Support and the Development Teams work to find and fix the issues that came up as a result of the additions to the game. If we get any official responses regarding the issues, we will post them in Official Announcements, so please check there regularly for updates.

you may NOT close this topic , since nothing has been fixed ,
its now 2 weeks into this problem , when are you gonna solve the issues , about the cbs parts that are still missing in my inventory .
we still can NOT build a cbs ..

not to mention i still dont have chat ...

dont tell me its my computer or dns server ... i bought a new pc yesterday and guess what ,,,still no chat ...

 

I have chat so it IS on your end somewhere. Where? I don't know. But many have chat.

 

all ppl from my country doesnt have chat , maybe that will help , so its NOT on MY end !!

and really i dont care for the chat ... i want the rest of the game to work , like salvage protocols , or building a cbs

HMHY has for the most part good information. Unfortunately, like my own, it does not always apply to everyone. I have spent the past couple days redoing all my browsers, Java, Flash, modem and router. Guess what, I still can't chat on US servers while I can chat away on European servers. With 6 browsers, one would think I would be able to chat on one of them.
