[SC] Joke right? compensation for lags..

  1. I play everyday,..but only got 12 hours of 50% EP and Honor boost. At 11 pm that evening,..a pop up saying you have 12 Hours left popped up.

    And, there was no date on the compensation post to refer from

    Players get 25% bonus on all experience and honor for a week ....did not see this at all in booster box!
     
  2. The 50% starts when you buy the Uridium and runs continuously until the amount of Uridium (up to 5 days) runs out, should be the time you bought the Uridium. The 25% should show in the Boosters In-Game if you hover over you will see the breakdown of what boosters are giving the boost you are getting.
     
  3. I always buy the maximum,... and this was after one of them expired on a Friday,..I saw it on Saturday. It said 48 Hours compensation and yet a pop up said I had 12 hours left
     
  4. Sounds like justification to send in a ticket to support to find out what happened to the booster then.
     
  5. I also only got 12 hours booster compensation thought it was just me but i thought they said they would give 48 hours.

  6. They are issuing a 25% EP and Honor booster every day this week and thought it was a 24 hour booster but ran on real time (like the 50% Uridium bonus booster) not game time.

    I thought the 25% EP and HP was actually on the kills as in payouts from NPC or PvP kill... if not then I feel that would have been the easiest way (without knowing how complicated it might be for someone to change the figures as I am computer stupid)
    I also keep my boosters topped up so would find it difficult to prove or otherwise as I cant find notification in-game...

  8. I have to say they are not showing it where I would have thought they had. So either we are not getting the boost or they have a NEW way of giving us the booster. Maybe @RickDekard can speak to this for us.

They are offering 25% xp and honor, but they also were compensating 50% boosters for lost time during the beginning of the event when players couldn't log in. they said they would give 48 hours of boosters for anyone who had them during this time. I just got a reply from support and they say they are still trying to get everyone their boosters but haven't as of yet. Also they replied to my box doubler i paid for but still haven't received and they said waiting for it is a good thing cause the players who have it right now are not getting the double rewards so i guess we just have to be a little more patient. Enjoy
     
  10. So we are suffering from doubler not working in addition to protocols for salvage :p
     
  11. The liquid coffee wasn't secured enough in the coffee mug (="defect") , the customer was unsatisfied about the resulting consequences.

    Don't worry, they will change the descriptions. (kappa)
     
  12. I bother Kara enough as it is. Because Support is being Bombarded with tickets,..no wonder they can not get things fixed in a timely manner
     
  13. Is Support and the Devs/code-fixers desk actually one and the same...? Correlation of problems and responses ... surely that is what the Feedback thread was for??
