Bug [GI] No XP for PET when finishing quest

Hello,

Today I finished two quests (level 17, giving around 14 mil XP each). I had my PET out when finishing each one, but it did not receive any XP.
Any solution, etc? Support already contacted.

What level is the PET? It only goes to level 15 and if there will not receive any further XP.

 

My PET is high level 13. These quests should have been sufficient for it to reach level 14.

Okay I did not know what level it was. I do know there are a lot of glitches with the A.S. and PET. I would suggest changing the progress bar to numbers (if it is not already) by clicking your mouse while hovering over it, and see if it is gaining any XP from killing NPC's as it should be getting 5% from them. If not then you might want to take a screen shot of this, kill a few NPC, take another screen shot, and send in a copy of your Back Page logbook and these 2 screen shots to Support and ask them to research why the Pet is not gaining any XP? It could be another glitch that has affected the PET since April 1st, just not reported as most people have their PET at level 15 and not gaining any further XP. If you have another Quest about to be finished then I would Screen Shot just before the completion and right after the completion and again the copy of entry in logbook as this would be a lot easier to show the lack of increase, depending on what NPC's you were killing.

 

I tried it with NPCs, my PET got XP from those fine (after re-logging into the game).
I'll test it with a low-level quest soon.
What you told me sadly sounds like there is no way to get my XP without having done screenshots before (which I didn't, I assumed DO wasn't as glitchy as this)....

It has become very glitchy since April 1st. If you were to see the issue on the next Quest then you could incorporate the previous logbook entries as something to be looked into also, especially if they are same day as a glitch does not usually just appear (unless they did an Upgrade/Fix at that time). Maybe a simple Daily Quest if you have not done it already.

 

P.E.T. Level Up Table

My understanding is the PET receives 5% of the Exp you make. While looking at the level up table, I don't see where it also receives Exp from missions completed, yet I think it should be receiving 5% of the total mission reward.

Hope support or the forum team can clarify this.

The OP should also add User ID and Server, for the Admin team to track this.

My user ID is 96323242, server is GB1. I'd love to have a word with an admin, since:
Support just replied to me, stating there is no way for them to change PET EP or verify its progress - which cannot be true, since PET progress must be serversided, as well as any other progress in the game.
I was able to find of the finished missions in my log already, and sent it to support.

The FAQ did state that the PET received 5% of ALL XP earned while it was active, I did question if that included when we KAMI it but never got an answer to that question and as I am now level 15 PET could never prove it.

 

It should get 5% of player EP... Support maintains its opinion.
I never used Kami, non pay-2-win player here.

So this is another glitch that has cropped up from the recent A.S. Launch and Visual Update. Hate to think what will happen when they launch the new Equipment in Client (EiC) system. No more Hangars, but 10 Favorite Hangars available, every design that changes stats is its own ship and only Designs will be Skins only.
I only pay for Premium as I hate to refine my ore all the time and like the benefits of transfer and cargo increases. Might buy the Rebate if I am planning on doing Upgrade Bonus Hour with saved Uridium.
