[TI] Credit loss and Design loss

Hey I recently lost 970 million credits and 6 designs, On monday I bidded 970 million credits on the spectrum design in auction and now there is a bid of 800 million credits on it which should not be possible and I havent got any of my credits back, alongside that, with this new update that came out yesterday featuring the new hanger, I have lost all 4 of my Frost designs, My UBA Iron design and My Razor Goliath design. Get it sorted please, regards ۞ßŗσℓy۞™

 

I just went in the hanger and thought i lost my frost designs also but there is a drop down arrow there when you click on your ship you want to use and that is where you change your designs so i would check again and see if you can find your designs in there. Enjoy

 

Cheers mate, I have found the Aegis, Citadel and Spearhead frost designs but the Goliath frost design and the the other 2 I mention before are still missing

 

Make sure you own the Goliath ship (not these new G-* ships, check image below). Activate it, and go to the equipment and see if they are there on the drop down menu for designs as it was before the update

 

I did mate, I own a goliath and I can go to equipment but there is no drop box for the designs there either

 

Hm, that is strange. Did you cleared browser and Flash player cache after the update? If you didn't, make sure you do that and check again (always do this after an update in the game).

If by any chance you can't see them again, you should contact support. But, there is no way that they are missing.

 

I'll try bidding on a goliath next auction and see if that gives it a kick up the arse

If you already own a goli you can no longer bid for it in the auction as owned ships are taken out of the auction with the new hanger system.

 

Yeah I just have the stock Frost Goliath one so Im gonna bid on the goliath again to see if that works

 

Check on the auction first. If the Goliath does not appear, that means you own it. Check the above advises, if nothing of that works, contact support.

About this - check logs first. If it shows that you won the auction (or doesn't show anything at all), contact support and they will credit your account with the item you should have won from auction.

 

I see mate, both goliath and vengence are avalible in auction for me when I should have them both already so I'll collect them both then, cheers

 

That's the problem. I lost mine too, so I just bid on them so I can have them back. That's the problem, get both and you won't have trouble selecting any design

 

There is no record of me bidding on it at all on monday, I have no messges neither a Spectrum in hanger and my bid isnt even showing on the auction page as a past bid like it normally does when you get overbidded

Oh.. I have to warn you, it may be hard to prove that to support If it doesn't show any logs of you bidding on something (or, at least, logs of loosing the credits) it may be hard.. But you must contact support, and I wish you good luck further.

 

it is not in the Equipment tab anymore. On the main ship page click the Goliath and in top right of ships is a drop down menu this is where you will find the VANITY (cosmetic) designs.

As this auction does not end till Sunday it will not have been awarded yet.

Go to your Uridium tab on back Page click the Balance and look for the bid in that log. If it is there then screen shot that and ask why you did not get the credits back (but verify you did not get it back between then and now you may have bid 97 Mill instead of 970 Mil) but this proof will be what will be needed to verify the credits were lost.

Credits are supposed to refund as soon as you're overbidded and there is bid there of mine but I did find the proof of the 970 million credits in the Balance so thanks for the help

 

There is another thread dealing with the same thing so I can only assume that as a preliminary setup for the NEW Hangar Launch they made a change to the AUCTION and upset the existing bids on the system. A report of the information you have provided and the current Auction page if it is still lower than your bid should be able to get Support help to get it corrected.
