[SC] Lost stuff with new hangar system

so the new hangar system was introduced, as we all know (probably) and it's all well, but I've lost my normal elite ships, and a few laser canons and some other equipment. I'm guessing, they were lost while you got rid of duplicate ships, I had a few goliaths all equiped and the gear, that was on them is missing. I came to this conclusion, since I had a single lf-4 on one of those goliaths and now I can't find it anywhere, and yes, I've checked all of the new "ships".

You need to clear and delete browser/flash/java/router/modem caches and history and restart the computer and you will have the equipment back if not then contact support and they might be able to help you. But with every NEW Update the conflicts of stored information and NEW information cause issues until cleared.

click on the Goliath and in top right of pictures look in that drop down menu and find your IRON skin/design.

as far as i had heard and read the only things missing are ships and designs (happened to me too) so about the items missing in your hangar i would advice to clear the browser as @HelpMeHelpYou stated above and try to check an un-equipping all the ships with equipment then refresh and try again. if anything doesn't work u should contact support

 

I did find some equipment that was assigned to base ships that I had to delete and then re-equip. The transfer causes issues with the ships you have Parked in maps and will force you to have to move them back if you use that feature since you cannot warp the ships until they are assigned to your favorite hangar (using Star in top right of ship screen). But you could use AJP-01 if not having to move into Pirate maps.

 

sorry to jump in on this thread but i am having a few issues lol. First my goli and veng base ships were greyed/blued out, i read forum and deleted caches but have no idea how to delete modem cache? anyway they still didnt appear so i bidded for em in auction and won and thay are now showing. Where have all my coloured skins/ cosmetic skins gone? i cant find them anywhere. I had orange goli and a blue design that i paid uri for years ago before new client, and what about crimson, jade and all those others? can we put coloured/cosmetic skins on base goli and how? any one know? thanks.

 

ive found the skins, clicked on base goli and theyre on drop down list in hanger. so if anyone missing skins try this.

 

Tho clear your router/modem power off your PC/Laptop power of your router/modem wait for 30 to 40 seconds and power it back up and update you can tell when it is updated when the LED's stop flashing. Once your router as updated you can now reboot your PC/Laptop and should be good to go.
