[GI] Frost Venom

Two questions..... Before the new update I had the Frost/Artic Venom design. I can no longer access it? Do I have to get another one and If so will I get any reimbursement for my original one?
I typically box in a spear head with no lasers on it. But when i go to warp into a map it tells me "
Cannot warp. You do not have a flight-ready ship." Do i have to attach lasers for me to be able to box in one?

If you click on the Venom Ship you will see the name appear above the picture, there is a yellow down arrow click it and see your Frost Design. This applies to ALL Cosmetic Designs. If not then you will need to speak to Support so they can have the team replace it for you.

 

To warp you need at least 2 ships starred as favorites, to do this you must first highlight the ship you want to make a favorite then at the top right of the interface you will find the star button next to the info button; click on the star and your ship is now a favorite. You may have up to a maximum of 10 ships as favorites. To take a ship out of your favorites highlight the the ship you want to take from your favorites and hit the star button. There is no requirement to have lasers on a ship to warp it just as to marked as a favorite. As for your frost design for your venom HMHY as covered it very well.

The arctic venom should still be available to you, from the dropdown design list of the regular venom.

To be able to warp you first have to set that ship as a favorite. To do that click your hangar, click the desired ship(s) you would like to use and in the top right section above where it says P.E.T. next to the "I" you will see a star symbol, click that to favorite any ships (10 max) and you can now warp to any of those ships.

There is no drop down arrow because it shows that i do not own the venom design.... Support has been contacted. Thank you all!

 

Arctic Venom is now only a cosmetic design for the Venom ship, it's not a skill design anymore, and for that you need the Venom ship. And i wouldn't get my hopes up with support, it's been 6 days since i've contacted them, yet no reply.

 

I am sure support is flooded with emails at the moment which would explain any delays in responses, but they will respond as soon as they can
