[TI] Super Rarer: HTTP ERROR 500

hey guys i had post this in anothers forums from differents languages and no one appears to have an idea of whats is happening to my acc, i hope you can help me to finish with this annoying bug!

description: 5 days ago i noticed i cant play anymore, i mean i can log-in as you can see in the photo but as son as i get into the acc instead of appear the "daily bonus" i get the window with the "http error 500" message, and its so annoying! i have clean cookies, temps, use ccleaner, and lots of tricks for boost the pc, also reboot the internet modem, change pc, change modem, i can access with others acc but not with this!

PLEASEE HELP ME ! IM STARTING TO GET SICK OF TRYING EVERYTHING!

 

CrazyBugatti, It appears from your photo that you are connecting to the Italian server. It may be best to post on the Italian forums for information regarding issues on their servers. In the meantime, have you tried a different browser?

I Post it on italian spanish and english forum, and no one gives me an answer to my problem yet!

This is usually seen when the server is under DDoS attack or down for maintenance/crash, continue trying to log in and if it persists for more than a day send a message to Support asking them to look into the issue. You can access their portal without being logged into the game at the bottom of the login page (where you enter your username and password), or if you have account information (user ID, etc) using link in .-Raijin-.'s signature.
