[TI] Compensation in Uridium for removed hangars?

Will there be any compensation in Uridium for removed hangars and removed designs (before can own, for example, 2 or more Venom designs) ?

 

I know they are not going to compensate for the hangars as we had a major uprising over the price reduction last year and nothing was done about it (even those who just bought the first hangar the week before lost their 50K uridium when they could have got it for credits had they waited the week.

As far as the extra design you should have received the compensation mentioned in the >FAQ<

 

Without forward motion the game will stop!!! What do we want? Just that we stay still and live with the players that LORD over us without any chance to balance the equation?? Without new players this game will only live until one of the last of the 2 remaining players cease to exist and he will be King over a heap which no longer means anything and only smells of decay!!
People pay for 'New and hard to get' and then complain when the game becomes lop-sided... We dont buy our position here we work within a framework/ community that must perpetuate or die

This is NOT free game, Uridium is bought with REAL money! All new changes are focused, against older players (who spent a lot real money and time for Darkorbit), that is very offensive and frustrating! So, I want to hear the answer to my question, from Darkorbit team!

 

It is frustrating.. I spent real money to get stuff but I can't equip any of them since my hangar isn't loading.
I'm not even expecting/wanting compensation. I just want either the support to answer me back or get the hangar fixed...

 

At this point in time, we do not know what is or is not going to be done on this particular matter.
Please know that the Dev Team is aware of the in-game issue and players concerns regarding the changes.

I know your frustrations and feel them. I have been playing since 2010 and know what you mean. I have had similar inquires over the years and the answer is always the same...TOS clearly states we (BP) have the right to change the game with or without notice.

Of course we can ! But the thing is I have alot like DO for years and I do not want to change the game over some bugs that appeared when they tried to make the game better for us

 

think on bp all these critical updates to improve the game are really critical updates to earn more cash, only its having the opposite effect as no one is bothering to log in.....just checked global GB1 server its 06.36 hrs on a half term holiday meaning thousands of kids are off school and they are playing ??? not dark orbit as there are 6 SIX players in global chat... if your gonna fix ya game i suggest u do it quick as soon no one will bother

 

Thanks for the answer. I hope the problems (who Darkorbit created himself, ignoring warnings from test server) can be solved quickly! And we want, this time, to have real compensation for it!

did anyone got any compensation for ship? i had 3 goli and 2 vengi i didnt got any compensation.

they did say they were going to replace the base lvl ships for those that lost them with the new hangar but as for multiples of these I dont know as they are Auction items and 10k cred will buy you a new one if you like it so much... it isnt possible to carry multiple Goli, or whatever, any more to my understanding!

Compensation was booked the day of Update (Thursday or Friday) and will show up in the Back Page Logbook (mine was Friday between 5 and 8 am Pacific Time) the day it went live on my servers.

 

And what is compensation, because I got none?

 

i checked my logbook and there nothing that says i will get compensation.. is it coz that all my goli and vengi had diff. designs on them?

 

If you read >this< you would have read this;
We are giving a compensation pack for each Uridium ship that is lost till a maximum limit of 10 times (if the players has more than ten the +10 ships will not get it).
This will be booked as login bonus the first time you log in after the release: 10,000 UCB-100, 500 UBR-100, 10 Booty Keys, 10 Extra Energy.

But I did not get my Spearhead (on either of my accounts), or Citadel as I had the elite designs on them or compensated for the extra Aegis on us2 as I also had a design on the one in the Hangar. I also did not lose my Base Goliath or Vengeance as I had extras not assigned to the Hangars but also should have had 6 compensations on us2 (not including the replacement of the 2 missing ships) and was properly compensated on us3 but missing my Spearhead.

For whatever reason the system did not remove the designs and see that the BASE ship was in use (even though everyone knows we had to have the Base Ship to use a design on them in the old Hangar system).

its a company plane a simple you gonna moan when u buy a new tv and 1 month down the line its half price the price u pay if for having it first when we get a price reduction its so more people have a chance

 

I also did not get any compensation for a vengi and a 50,000 uri hangar

but, then it only cost me 10k for a new vengi
