[SC] no new event before fix the game !!

lets hope that darkorbit will fix their issues , if they bring a new event before fixxing , o, OO

There will be allways some problems in game that they dont find when they test it.

 

but the bugs are known about just not fixed yet and there is a few of them would be nice to have a few weeks of running around teh game finding probs and getting them fixed so it works right for once

 

I agree with you in principle but we also have to remember that

They claim they are still working with archaic script (stuff that was written 10 years ago and still appears to be annoying us/them now)

I have to go one stage further than you west-star and suggest that they polish their new, and clean programming, and then down the game for a week or more to TEST with ppl who want to give 'honest' feedback instead of a bunch of rank hunters and *** ...

 

The players should apply for the access to TEST server because it gets clogged up with random people that just happen to seize the moment but never give any feedback, so the opportunity for those who would contribute with some useful info is wasted. And thus minimal info is gathered from TEST server runs.

 

I believe that some long-timers dont bother too much cos you cant get across their base map without being shot at/down by someone who isnt interested in the TEST and only in the freebies and the rank from lower accessability... What you say is exactly the sort of thing I mean... I believe they already have something like this for a select few but maybe if not all the ppl involved were UFE on their own server etc ...

 

I made a suggestion to create a SERVER for the purpose of being a LIVE TEST Server. The players would agree to play "X" amount of time per week and would have everything available to them with no PAY to get them. These accounts could be taken away as easily as you receive them. But the post was deleted before anyone could respond to it. This server would have the entire game installed and active and would have packets added for future Updates that would be Uploaded or Removed as needed to keep the game playable while changes are made to make the Upgrade usable.

The biggest problem with the Test Server is they do not have the entire game active and do not include the entire Update when they test it. Thus we do not get to see all potential bugs/glitches/problems with the Update.

Don't forget we have another Event starting in about a week for the Euro Football Tournament.

 

They could do this with the closed alpha or closed beta servers but apparently need more people that play regularly. I agree this could work based on your "minimum time per week" rule. Solid feedback from these players should be another rule they have with this.

For the OP, yes, I am hoping they hold off on anymore events as well. The already advertised Euro Tourny could go on, marketing rascals, but wait on other future events until an exterminator can take care of all the bugs that have infested our beloved game.

 

well they flipped the switch , everytings suddely works again , build a cbs , it works , salvafe protocols works also fine , guess somebody turned that switch off 2 /3 weeks ago ...bummer , al that crying for a flipped switch lmao

What? The base ships are still missing, repair/jump credits swapped around, drones still not leveling up except in the base ships, hearth formation reverts to standard upon jump... thus far I tested.
