[SC] pilot bio engineering question

    i am resetting my pilot bio for probably the final time but i am confused recently i came across this statement on wikia

    "A few months ago the repair bots were changed so that they each repaired your ship in a set amount of time for each ship regardless of ship HP i.e. a REP-4 will take 90 secs to fully repair a venge and 90 secs to fully repair a aegis .
    So going by that update it makes me think that this skill is a waste of a pilot point now. Does anyone know if this is true? I don't have the uri to waste on resetting bio." this is for the engineering bio in the skill tree.

    can anyone tell me if itstrue and like there is an upper limit to max reparing your ship?
    so like an aegis have low HP than goli however the amount it will repair will be same as goli or lower like it supposed to because of the % and HP relationship in engineering
