Hello Elite-Mgl,

If you are not able to just copy and paste the image into the post, you would need to upload your image to a public pic host. There are many to choose from and you can find them using a quick internet search for free image hosting.

Once you have the image uploaded to a public image host, just click the image button at the top of the area where you type your new post and paste the image URL in there.

Great, that link works and we are able to see the image. Would you please give us more details on the problem you are seeing and what happened prior to this problem?

 

all npcs are dead and hes stuck and could you remove his link to FB for security reasons

 

he died in gate twice bcz of lost connection. And few minutes later he was joined beta gate but aliens didnt appear, keep hitting damage on ship. And he reloaded. Unfortunately he died and lost game. If this didnt happened he could finish his gate. (Im his friend. he wants me to say this). I hope he will get his gate back. Thank you

 

I had a time when the "Connection was lost" as I entered into a Gate and found after destroying all the NPC's seen I was still taking damage from somewhere but nothing on the screen. I ended up using the Kami and found an entire wave of NPC's had been launched yet not visible for killing. Since these were Streuners they were a quick one Kami kill, if you are having this issue after popping and going back into the maps then I have to ask what wave (NPC) were you on ?
How many of them had you killed (logbook will allow you to count the number of kills)?
How many are left to be killed?
Did you see you were taking damage?

A request for gate reset can be made to support within 48 hours of failure one time every 30 days and as a courtesy they can reset the gate for him.

 

npcs are not dead. Just it didnt appear.
