    After several months of communications ! [

    I wish to thank all the Support and Tech folks for hanging in there . I realize that your jobs are not easy . I can only imagine the volume of contact requests and in some cases the language content. Great Job for bearing with me DO . Thanks for re-adding my IP to the chat client.

  2. Mine just came online yesterday, too happy am I. Then I saw global chat and shut it off again. :D
     
  3. My chat has finally gone down on me for the first time that I can not correct it and then Support wants your;
    Ship User Name (in game)
    User ID
    Server Effected
    and one I have never heard of your IP Address

    Hopefully, the mods will see this and update the information they give out for this issue to save the player some time in the Support Que.

    When I setup my first chat-room and had to transfer everyone s data .
    , I did transfers in batches . Some batch transfers developed corrupt data . I then had to resubmit
    each individuals data manually for a particular Batch . I had to be informed by email of those accounts and then search the server
    until I found each person for correction and re-submission. Needless to say I was embarrassed knowing all to well
    that Batch Transfers can be affected during a Launch and your server experiences an i.e. a DDoS attack. Not saying
    that DO experienced this situation but in general events do happen in a major overhaul that DO is doing. In my honest opinion
    DO is doing a heck of a job in the recovery and repairs...
