    Hi i just finished kappa gate and in the rewards it says i received 5 green booty keys but i checked my ship in the hanger and it says 0 booty keys :(.

    You may have to refresh the game to be able to see them. Do you see them in the user information in the maps?

    I know the back page is dealing with some lag issues between the game server and its server, takes over 20 seconds to be able to send materials to the ship from SkyLab or be told there is not enough cargo space. There have also been some issues with ammo bought being seen in Hangar but not in the game so maybe if we were informed of what was done (if these have been corrected) it might help with this issue also.

    Nope cleared cache, restarted and check and has been almost 2 hours and still no keys.

    You did not specify if you see them in-game or not.

    Take screen shots of the Hangar (showing Key counts), Logbook for completion of gate (showing the assignment of keys, and send them to Support so they can research what is going on.
