[GI] Lost uridium without buying anything

  1. I want some help understanding why i lost 10,000 Uridium to a shield recharger booster subscription which i havent bought or had before. I received a 10 hour shield booster from a Blue booty (which i bought) and im in a galaxy gate (Lambda) and i lost 10k uridium for some reason so i go and check my logbook and it said "Shield recharger booster extended with subscription" "Shield recharger booster" purchased. I wanted to know could i get my 10k uridium refunded?
     
  2. you have subscribed to a booster and ever time it runs out it renews on its own

    you will not get 10k uri and if u have prem u get a 5% discount rebate is 25% discount if u have any of them too and there has been a sale on all day for 20% off so depending on what you have you wont get 10k you would have to email support about this matter
     
  3. You need to go into Shop and make sure you have not clicked on it for subscription. You will have a choice to cancel subscription if it has been selected to be purchased.

    You will probably have to take to support( maybe support payment if you have bought anything ) I've had many boosters from green booty boxes and from the auction and none of them resubscribed themselves. Good luck as this seems to be a bug. Man this game needs a can of raid.

    Or maybe a misclick........:cool:

    Hello Kross_Nations,

    As suggested by the players above (thank you!), please be sure to check the shop booster section to ensure none are selected for subscription.

    When you go to the booster section of the shop, click on the SREG-B01 and look for the subscribe button on the right side.

    If it shows like this: upload_2016-8-2_9-35-19.png then you are nor currently subscribed.

    If it shows like this, upload_2016-8-2_9-35-53.png you are subscribed and would need to click the cancel subscription button then click OK to confirm cancelling the subscription.

    As for the possibility of refund, you would need to contact Payment Support as we are unable to assist with payment issues here in forums. There is a link for support in my signature, then select Payment in the Type of Request drop down box.

    Do you, the original poster, have any further questions on this matter or may we close the thread?
